This can be a talk sharing benefits and challanges on using Scala in a production environment. Also, migration experience to newer scala versions. Also how beneficial it is to follow test driven development for smaller companies where every deadline is Yesterday.

No I don't think I am qualified enough at the moment. But I would definitely love a talk focused on those points mentioned in the issue.
