Feature Request: Transaction Backlog information in Send Section #2

The transaction pool has 255 transactions. In the CLI wallet, the user can get a warning about the transaction backlogs but it doesn't happen in the GUI wallet.

Please add this information in the send page so users can make decisions based on the current situations and save them a surprise delay in transaction times

You can see here that there are transactions that have been waiting over 4 hours to be added to a block
