eBook versions for PDFs like "Scala Tutorial", "Scala By Example", ... (documentation) #4521

I'll look into it and figure out if work/benefit ratio is worth it. (I just got an eBook reader.)

I think the biggest complaint so far is that these things do not exist in HTML. I have an idea of how we could go about doing it (first converting our .tex source to markdown, then generating HTML, and generating PDFs from the HTML using PrinceXML)
