publish roadmap #9

It would be handy to have - of course, as estimation - a roadmap to the first point which can be named more or less stable. Thanks!

Our plan is to have a stable 0.9.0 release. We've scheduled the 0.9.0 milestone for August 16.

We tend to work on scala/pickling in big bursts every couple of weeks. We're all currently occupied with other tasks, but thanks a lot for asking for this– I'll make sure to include a roadmap in this next push. We'll be back on this stuff again in the next few days :-)

Btw, @gaydenko– do you have some specific wish/need/usecase? If so, please share it with us! We're collecting feedback from lots of folks, and will be structuring our roadmap based on that feedback. So please share if there's anything you can think of! (Beyond us stabilizing, of course. The design and architecture of scala/pickling is more or less stable now, we've just got to work out all of the kinks we introduced in our last push last week.)

Heather, at the moment my use cases are very humble in terms of demands, and current library state covers them all.
