It seems this will need to be done before https://github.com/scala/scala3/issues/20098 is included in the final release of Scala 3.5.0

need to make a PR to solve https://github.com/coursier/apps/issues/230 to release the native launchers via coursier when 3.5.0-RC2 is marked not draft

everything that is ticked in the task list is ready for 3.5.0

.msi will be released starting from 3.6.0 not 3.5.0
