Re org deps #51

Moved deps to dev deps where only available during development/test process

@cramhead there are some tests that I need to perform on this that I don't have yet setup on CI. Sorry for the delay, been a busy week here. I am taking a look at it now. Thanks again!

No problems Ryan.

The pace of change is so fast that it's hard to find a starter that you can start without having to update everything. I had some problems when I update the redux-forms in your starter so switched to using https://github.com/piotrwitek/react-redux-typescript-starter-kit for now. I really enjoyed that your starter looked like a complete app right from the get go and those micro-generators are awesome.
