Marker description and readme edit #36

I included a comment on the marker, and of course edited my README image.

Want to make sure that I pushed without screwing everything up.

I think that the "Move the marker" should only appear in edit mode, be centered, and in bewteen the text area and button (i'm adding a delete button next to save). Was planning on making markers draggable in edit mode only
