Update README version number #162

@hotzenklotz I just used this code for a demo using Rasa 2.4. It totally still works, so it might be better to update the readme. As is, it might give the impression that this project isn't compatible with Rasa anymore even though it is.

Yes, you are right. The chatroom still works with the current Rasa versions.
