Could it be that this happens when you log time for an issue, which is already closed? Can you confirm this? I'm not quite sure why this happens, but maybe this helps to narrow things down.

This happens for new issues as well. I think it is related to new issues not getting a LogTime-link either.

Maybe I found the reason for this (see this comment). However, this is not related to the LogTime-Link issue. Unfortunately, it is hard to test on localhost if this would fix the issue.

This bug is really annoying. @philippotto Are we waiting for @tmbo to confirm your suspicion about the source of the bug?

I just pushed the "fix". I'm still not sure if this will fix the actual bug, but it is definitely "more correct" than before. Time will tell whether this closes the issue.
