Reproducable when changing: https://github.com/scalableminds/py-datastore/blob/master/py-datastore/backends/neuroglancer/backend.py#L32

Used scales are: https://storage.googleapis.com/neuroglancer-public-data/kasthuri2011/image/info

Currently therefore this only works when zooming in completely.
