removal of sbt install from setup #21

removed sbt install from setup for linux, windows; created sbt setup file for windows, linux, and mac. did not touch the mac install file; thought if this pull request is acceptable, the homebrew and sbt sections could be removed from the mac setup Also added windows "shell" section.
