removed sbt setup from windows and linux setup; created sbt setup file for windows, linux, and mac
if this pull request is merged, mac setup file can be updated to remove sbt and brew install sections since it is moved into sbt file. Revised resources file to embed links, add descriptions, change Org column to Source since it can be individual, added links for sources, and created some links in description text too.
