Fixed doodle imports in creative-scala-v2.html #41

The tutorial is outdated. The tutorial refers to https://github.com/underscoreio/creative-scala-template.git which imports doodle.jvm.Java2DFrame._. The tutorial says to import doodle.jvm.Java2DCanvas._, so that's fixed.
