Upgrade missinglink-core to 0.2.0 #13

In 0.2.0 guava is removed from missinglink-core, to reduce the amount of transitive dependencies for users like sbt-missinglink.

@sjrd makes sense! I added it to the build here to avoid breaking anything, I don’t feel qualified enough in Scala to know how best to replace it 😃
