[Bug] missing-maven-artifact job fails with DateTimeParseException #1250

Current behavior

Cause: java.time.format.DateTimeParseException: Text 'Fri, 11 Sep 2020 10:43:20 GMT' could not be parsed at index 8

Expected Behavior

The missing-maven-artifact job should succeed
