Integrating vegas with breeze? #662

Any thoughts on using vegas for plotting, as a replacement for JFreeChart. Vegas provides much better and more modern plots than using JFreeChart? https://www.vegas-viz.org/

it looks great! I would happily support this. I won't do this myself (short of me suddenly needing a lot of visualization...) but I'm happy to support someone who wanted to do this
