Template: Width of the columns in the top table #39

While clicking through the puzzlers, I realized, that the width of the columns in the top table with the information about the puzzler differs. For puzzler 1-7 the widths are the same, but then the width changes. It seems that this width depends on the name of the puzzler's author. Probably this could be fixed with a width=X% attribute.
