Update the package based on the changes in the package refactoring PR.

I will merge this PR and right after the package refactoring PR is merged and the CI of this succeeds.

@yito88 I uploaded scalardb 2.0.0 to maven and updated the related jepsen file. Now the tests are passing. Please take another look !
