Add Jepsen tests for the TwoPhaseCommitTransaction interface #60

This PR adds the following tests that are for the TwoPhaseCommitTransaction interface:

They are basically based on the existing tests and modified for the TwoPhaseCommitTransaction interface. Please take a look!
