Scalar components:

[ ] Reuse Sui validator component
[ ] Grpc consensus server (for handle consensus request: namespace & full transaction data). Reuse Narwhal worker for broadcasting data
[ ] Adapter hub: A component for handle adapter component (abci, sui), preprocess message then send it to the Consensus component
[ ] Abci adapter. First step implement an adapter for show case. Adapter & Adapter hub run in a System process, Narwhal in another
