ScalaStyle should only check files on the source path #10

Currently I get errors in files that are under project/.worksheet, meaning this excludes using the worksheet

Whitespace at end of line   scratch.scala   /org.scala-ide.sdt.core/.worksheet/src  line 9  Scalastyle problem
