T4 update browse dialogs #9

No automatic tests, everything is tested manually.

What do you think, are the file dialogs ok?

In general I like this patch. However, if I have an existing configuration, I'll have to recreate it, and re-assign it to all of my projects. I'll have to think about this a bit more. Maybe checkstyle has the best solution with different types of configuration, inside a project, outside a project etc.
