Add support for auto plugins in sbt 0.13.5

+1. It is not possible to use this plugin with a play 2.3 app (which is based on sbt 0.13.5). the 0.4.0 version works properly.

+1 Issues in Play app make this annoying. Thanks @diwalak for showing the fix (use 0.4.0 with Play 2.3.x)

+1 This prevents us from using 0.5.0 with Play 2.3+

This is fixed by commit 42d4e4a1db19c1687ddee8fc260111374d03267c. Will be part of 0.6.0.
