Add Scala 3 Support for sbt-scalate-precompiler #96

This pull request enables the use of sbt-scalate-precompiler in Scala 3 projects. The following changes have been made:

Added Scala version 3.3.3 to cross-build versions.
Updated the minimum sbt version to 1.5.0 to support Scala 3.
Fixed as many compilation warnings as possible.
Updated the Scala version used in scripted tests.

These changes ensure that sbt-scalate-precompiler can be used seamlessly in Scala 3 projects. Please review and merge if everything looks good.
