Annotate Equivalence Axioms #24

Annotation Properties may be added to an equivalance axiom. We need simple descriptions of each axiom before we things get more complicated. This will make sure that other people can understand our reasoning and also help us relate to the necessity of such an axiom.

Mustafa, to tackle this, we should go over each axiom at our next meeting, comment on why we wrote them the way we did, and (if possible) include citations and references that support our reasoning. In addition to annotation properties, perhaps we can setup a github wiki page that includes this information?

It might also be a good idea into incorporating the DCMI term "coverage" http://dublincore.org/documents/2012/06/14/dcmi-terms/#terms-coverage

efb65931c719ce64f07d3e29692dadb3d7acfd27 takes care of the annotation. However, we should go over each of these together when we have chance to make sure I didn't miss anything.
