Generate from giter8 as part of CI process #3

This needs to be rebuilt and committed from the scalatra-sbt.g8 project. There should be no direct checkins here. There is no reason to maintain two template projects.

g8 now runs on SBT 11, this project should be updated at well

We maintain https://github.com/scalatra/scalatra.g8 and documents indicate to use it as well, so this repository is not necessary any more. Can we delete this repository?
