I started the modpack in the latest version and went back to an older world (1.12.2, unsure about the foolcraft version) i crashed, and it said something about the enderIO mod. i decided to start a new world instead, and it only reads 0%, and i've waited for quite some time

Reproduce Steps

Seems like an issue with Equivalent Energistics

Hmm, I think you're seeing multiple problems here. Starting a new world probably works fine, but you had crashed from the old world and Vanilla Fix recovered the game so that you can keep playing. Recovering from a crash has an incompatibility with Custom Main Menu causing the freeze on 0% that you're seeing when logging in to a world.

From the crash report, the crash on the old world was probably caused by the EMC Cells which are apparently incompatible with the AE version that is running. (#311 #300 - and the likes of those for all the info)

If you want to fix the old world, you need to find a way to remove the EMC Cell from the AE drive - either by using an NBT Editor on the region files, MCEdit, or set Forge to remove erroring tile entities, which will also delete everything else in the crashing ME drive block.
