If I'm correct in thinking that it is your game that is freezing, then what you're experiencing may be garbage-collection pauses. This is when the game has to pause itself in order to have enough time to clear out its RAM because it reached capacity before it could do it while the game was running.
This 'capacity' though, is only the amount that is allocated to the game (java), and not your total system RAM. So if this is indeed your issue; allocating more RAM to the game via the Twitch launcher will fix it. I'd say just increase it in steps of 2GB until you can play for a good long session without freezies. Just stay at or below like 6 gigs if necessary because more RAM than you need also makes the game run worse.
To allocate more, this image should be close enough, but a few things, like the icon in the top right, have changed. I trust you'll find your way around 😉
Phew. I hope that was somewhat interesting. I feel it's always good to know what's going on and why you're fixing it rather than just knowing the fix alone, so forgive my TED talk haha :)
i'm looking through twitch settings but a can't find minecraft do u known why? nowadays
The app has become Curseforge again, through Overwolf this time. This is what it looks like now;

Issue Description
I have been running a small server with my friends using Aternos. I am experiencing constant freezing roughly every 5 seconds, it has made the game unplayable, and we have tried several things, but nothing had worked. One of my friends reported trying this: Menu > Mod Options/mods > Minecraft Forge > Config> Client Settings > Force threaded chunk rendering > True But it did not work for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing it and what I can do to stop it?
