horizontal rotation with swiping doesn't work on tablet PC. #157

Hi, I found that rotation with swiping doesn't work on tablet PC. I tried with Google Chrome, FIrefox, and Edge on surface. And same browsers on other touch devices (iPad, iPhone and Android) can rotate images with swiping. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
