Enhancement - Opacity Filter #16

In some instances it would be useful to be able to control the opacity of an image - especially when implemented as a background image via ci-bg-url="x.jpg"

hey @tigerchick ,

it can be done via CSS, and I don't think it's good to overload the plugin with properties.
