Short Project Description: A platform (android/ios app) that helps college students (from all technical and non-technical backgrounds and all tech aspirants) in all-around development enabling them to keep up with the growing demand in their respective sectors.
India produces the largest no. of CSE graduates every year all over the globe in terms of quantity but not in quality. According to a study by Stanford University’s Professor Prashant Loyalka, the average computer science student in the United States ranks higher than about 80 percent of students tested in China, India, and Russia. Seniors in elite institutions in the United States similarly outperform seniors in elite institutions in China, India, and Russia by approximately 0.85 Standard Deviations (SDs). These stats show that the majority of the Indian CSE/IT graduates lack the required skills.
Keeping in mind all these stats, this project entitled ‘StudGo’ aims to create a development platform that enables the students related to technical or non-technical fields to achieve the skills and guide them about the current IT sector scenario to excel in their future.
The main goal of this project is to create a single platform that can help any student get all the exposure and guidance to develop himself into a highly skilled resource. It will help a student developing personally and will also make him a valuable resource as a human.
StudGo is a mobile application that seeks to provide a single platform to all the students belonging to technical or non-technical fields in managing their college work and exams, providing them exposure to the IT world and thus helping them building skills in various aspects like Competitive Coding, Software Development, thus making them placement ready and paving way to be a technical researcher.
The project tends to offer a secured portal where a student can make plans, schedules of exams, note down important notes to manage the daily work efficiently. The student can also get updates about the latest news in the technical field. Also, diverse assistance and support are provided by the platform to fasten the skills of coding skills and software development skills. Also, the platform enables users to post their experiences and stories to inspire and influence others.
