Challenge 23: Summary and Good practices

Issues:

1. Beginner's start with a issue tagged with "good-first-issue".
2. Explain your issue in detail.
3. Try to have a meaningful purpose for creating a new issue.
4. Use labels to filter the kind of issue you are looking for.

Branch:

1. Add issue hash and username in branch name.
2. Branch name should be short and crisp.
3. branch name should have bug keyword which means to be solves ASAP.
4. branch name should have wip keyword which means to be work in progress.
5. Use Hyphen or Slash as seperator for easy reading.

Pull Request:

1. Explain your pull request well and make it descriptive.
2. Link pull request with the issue using issue hash.
3. Review changes before creating a pull request and squash unnecessary commits.
4. Add screenshots of a solved issue.

Challenge 27: Tips for hacktoberfest

1. Make sure the repository has the "hacktoberfest" label before contributing.
2. Mention label "hacktoberfest-accepted" to the good quality pull request
3. Avoid submitting low-quality pull requests/spammy PRs.
4. Make minimum 4 pull request as a contributor.
5. Follow GitHub and Hacktoberfest guidelines.
6. All pull/merge requests must be submitted from 1st october to 30th october.

Challenge 30: Appreciation

The end of Open Source September is here. First of all I really appreciate team Scaler to conduct such a wonderful event. It's a great learning experience for me, I learned a lot new thing that I never heard and followed best practices while working with a team, Scaler community always helped me every time whenever I stuck with any issue. Thanks to Admins, Scaler Stars, Mods and Discord Community from my side for making the journey smooth. Looking forward to continue with Open Source festival that is Hacktoberfest.
