Car/Truck Despawn Rate Issue #4

This is a fantastic and easy "snap-on" addition for anyone looking to boost their server! However, I have come across one minor issue concerning cars/trucks. Upon natural server reset, ALL cars/trucks despawn and respawn at their respective locations, forcing me to go get them again. This has happened multiple times, so I changed the 'Lifetime' under the events.xml from 3 to 3456000 (40 days). This prevented all cars/trucks from spawning in. So I changed it back to 3 and they spawn back in. I tried changing 'Lifetime' under the types.xml folder as well, from 28800 to 3456000... Same issue. If I leave everything untouched, cars naturally despawn after server resets... Help!

I forgot to mention, this is an issue affecting everyone on my server. All cars/trucks have this issue. Flagpoles or none, nothing keeps these from disappearing all at the same time; Server reset. Tents will RARELY do this... I pitched a car tent, stuffed gear in it and after a server reset, poof. Gone. 100% of the cars despawn. Less than 10% tents pitched despawn.... Am I missing something? Is there a simple solution?
