Minor readme changes #14

This pull request consist of 2 parts:

Firstly, it reformats the Readme.md to follow the standard practices in formatting the markdown files.

Secondly, it changes the grammar it the Description to make it easier to read (primarily by adding the articles where they should be). While I do not claim that I am the master of the English language, hopefully this will introduce some clarity in regards to the aims of the project and its features.
