👩‍💻 Documentation Request: Sending Kapsule logs and metrics to the Observability Cockpit using FluentBit

Summary

Install Fluent Bit on a Kubernetes Kapsule cluster
Configure Fluent Bit to retrieve logs and metrics from the cluster
Configure Fluent Bit to send the logs to the Prometheus Remote Write & Loki endpoints provided by the Observability Cockpit
Configure Grafana in the Cockpit to visualize the aggregated metrics & logs

Why is it needed?

I couldn't find a starting point to retrieve Kapsule metrics in the new Observability Cockpit. Leveraging Fluent Bit as an observability pipeline allows to push all the needed metrics into the Cockpit and visualize them in Grafana.
