Wrong root= command line parameter on arm64 VPS #201

This is something to be solved after #200 ; root=/dev/vda is passed on the kernel command; while root is root=/dev/vda1 . Once the first problem solved, fixing this bug should allow kexec to work with a distro initramfs.
