Provide bootscript for Debian 11 - Bullseye #381

I accidentally updated to Debian 11 not noticing that there is no 5.10 kernel bootscript available. So now I am running Bullseye on an older kernel. While most things are working, docker is broken for example. Hopefully this can be provided as soon as possible seeing that Bullseye is already available for new instance creation.

@cen1 Just out of curiosity, which instance type are we talking about here ?

My instance type is VC1M

I suggest that you open a support ticket at https://console.scaleway.com/support/tickets so the issue can be tracked properly. Do not forget to mention the ID of your instance.
