CDMI Backend is broken: Fails with EREDIRECT

Currently, the CMDI backend is quite broken. The library fails with a -15 code, which is actually the EREDIRECT code.

After a bit of digging, I noticed the following behavior:

• Given a basepath=/base and a request path=/
• a GET on the root (basepath + / actually) yields the basepath itself, without the / (ie: the GET is requested for /base and not for /base/ )
• Then CDMI returns a 301 Permanently Moved with a location to the path including the ending slash: /base/
• Then droplet retrieves the parameters of the path, and recomputes a new request path, which once again removes the ending /, and again requests /base.
• Then again, CDMI returns the redirection, which this time is not interpreted by droplet.

This needs to be fixed, so that CDMI works again.
