Merge scripts for TSKB-683 Updates #25

These are the export and count scripts referenced in the updated TSKB for S3 orphan investigation/cleanup.

I'm merging the scripts in. KB upstream had a rebase issue which wiped all commits from the branch. Recreating the branch brought in some local commits, removing code blocks to prepare for this branch/PR, which were not intended to go upstream until a future update.

@thomaswakefield @Soujanya-Juttukonda This commit contains the files which no longer have code block examples inside the KB. I will update the installer shortly so that these are automatically deployed to the supervisor (or wherever the spark offline installer is extracted). My apologies for the confusion.
