Migrates all references to recently migrated ghcr.io images.
Bumps s3utils in all files to 1.14.6

As images are not named identically to the repository they are using ghcr.io/scality/spark/ as a prefix:
ghcr.io/scality/spark/spark-worker:latest
ghcr.io/scality/spark/spark-master:latest
ghcr.io/scality/spark/spark-deployment:latest
A new spark offline installer archive is not produced and pushed to packages.scality.com until s3utils is finished migrating. Documentation will reference ghcr.io while the available archive installer will use bundled images with registry.scality.com in their names until a new installer is produced.
