Generate PDFs out of topics #16

Problem: Sales or TS sometimes need to send PDFs for a single topic or page.

To do: Provide a button on each page which generates a PDF, including only the text (not the layout, sidebars or footer).

  1. Open the PDF viewer's print dialog
  2. Pick the current page (or page range)
  3. Select output (print) to a PDF file.
  4. Print.

Am I missing something?

I heard we don't want to generate PDFs anymore... Is this applicable to our "legacy" range of products? cc @thomasdanan
