missing customizable elements

the theme needs to be usable for various publications across multiple domains. Templates should allow customization of:

• logo
• project name
• root of hosting domain
• copyright notice
• links in the footer (support, training, etc are not useful for Zenko open source docs)
• social media links in the footer

Most of these are already configurable, we'll open a PR to document how to perform those customizations. In the meantime, if anything is missing, one can always:

• use custom templates in addition to a Sphinx theme: https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/templating.html
• propose a PR to this repository's templates/configuration to add support for additional features

I'd recommend trying to make custom templates (basically, adding Jinja templates in _templates in your Sphinx directory to override/extend the existing templates) before opening a PR, as it will help with testing and generate faster results.
