Please fix ec2 t1.micro hourly costs

current scalyr hourly value: 0.005 which differs from http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/

California: t1.micro $0.025 per Hour Virginia: t1.micro $0.020 per Hour

When you see the 0.005 price on our site, I think you're looking at the entry for a "heavy utilization" reserved instance. This is indeed $0.005 per hour -- on top of the upfront price to purchase the reservation. We take all that into account in our "$/month" computation.
