This pull request pins typing-extensions to 4.7.1 since v4.8.0 dropped support for Python 3.7 which can still be used with some Splunk server versions (https://github.com/python/typing_extensions/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#release-480rc1-september-7-2023).

I'll merge it so I can test the built release artifact.
