Added support for future LRQ api change #101

README.md
- Added dynamic badges (latest version in marketplace, download count)
pkg/plugin/client.go
- Added a comment block describing LRQ api usage
- Check for X-Query-Token from POST launch request
- If present include it in all GET ping requests and DELETE cleanup request
- Send a DELETE cleanup request when done

I don't have access to CircleCI to remove it from the project. There are updated Github actions workflows in another PR for building / testing on master push or PR

@joseph-makar , do you mind to hold on for a bit. I and @pulyaevskiy still try to come up with the best name for the header. Should come shortly.

Thanks, It should be X-Dataset-Query-Forward-Tag, I will adjust the original ticket as well
