Some classes have number identifier as label, with a rdfs:label statement describing it. That statement can be used as a source for recommendation.

How to support this in the UI ?

Guess you mean AgroBio ontologies, eg those in the OBO Foundry..

A similar case is CIDOC CRM, it has classes like crm:E4_Period and props like crm:P7_took_place_at
