migrationsファイルの扱いを決める=>きめた #139

migrations下に0001_initial.py+その後のmodel更新時のmigrationファイルが格納されているが、 レビュー用としては0001_initial.pyに全て包括した形で提出して良さそう

また、migrationsやDB更新が必要な箇所で行われているかなど再確認したい
