ForloebElement Cannot have ForloebReference to itself #273

Hi

We get this error "ForloebElement Cannot have ForloebReference to itself", but can't see that we are doing this. Will you please look at it.

We have successfully reproduced the behavior.

RESOLUTION The change fixing #246 introduced a new bug that was not covered by automated regression test. The change as been corrected and the missing scenario added to automated regression test suite.

Expected to be deployed with milestone 35
