Serverjavax.persistence.PersistenceException: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute batch #342

Hi ScandiHealth,

From the last one month we are constantly receiving this error in our production environment. Few patients reported successful but now mostly reports get this error. could not execute batch

I am attaching one of response envelope.

If requested I can provide the ClinicalDocument xml as well.

Any idea about it would highly appreciated.

This looks like #322 which is resolved in test and waiting to be released to production
