Migrating from magento version 2.2.6 to 2.3.0 causes issue #8

When I upgraded magento version 2.2.6 to 2.3.0 I am facing issue in this extension , I am not able to see form in Add Item and Edit Item popup. Please find attachment which shows issue. scandi_issue

Same issue for me when I migrate to 2.3.5
